       TRANSENERGO COM S.A. is a dynamic organization, having one of the highest rates of development, as early as the first months of establishment.
       TRANSENERGO COM S.A. is registered at Trade Register Office in Bucharest under no. J40/19.379/24.11.2004, having Exclusive Number Code 16976082, with fiscal code R.

The social capital subscribed and deposited is 790.020 RON.

II. ORGANISATION’S OBJECT OF ACTIVITY

1. The main object of activity of our company is represented by      
   - Electric Energy Supply – cod CAEN 3514 / in accordance with   ANRE Licence No. 654/28.02.2005;
   - Natural Gas Supply - cod CAEN 3523 / in accordance with ANRGN Licence No. 607/13.06.2006, ANRE Licence No. 775/18.06.2007 respectively ANRE Licence No. 919/12.06.2008.

III. OVERVIEW OF ACTIVITIES CARRIED ON BY TRANSENERGO COM S.A.

       Member of Employers’ Association Production, Transport and Energy Distribution „ELECTRA”, appeared as a natural result of energy market  liberalization (started in 2000, finished at July 1 this annual year through Government Decision 644/2005), our company was founded under provisions of Law no. 31/1990 of trade societies (republished and completed) in the shape of stock trade society, under provisions of electric energy Law no. 318/2003, receiving The Energy Supply Licence  no. 654/28.02.2005 awarded by The Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) and later under provisions of natural gas Law no. 351/2004, modified by Law no. 288/2005, receiving The Natural Gas Supply Licence no. 607/13.06.2006; no. 775/18.06.2007, respectively  The Natural Gas Supply Licence no. 919/12.06.2008.

       Or company with its electric energy and natural gas supply services  (and secondarily consulting services, consumption management services, participation to cogeneration projects etc) carries on within the framework of National Energetic System (S.E.N.) respectively within the framework of National Transport System (S.N.T.)and  applies to eligible consumers, with which concludes contracts negotiated in legal  terms of liberal and competitor market.

       The Company has excellent relationships of collaboration both with the regulation authority in the field – ANRE, and all societies that concur for optimum operation of electric energy market: Transelectrica – Transport and Electric Energy National Company, OPCOM – Commercial Operator of wholesale market, OPE -  Equalisation Market  Operator, Electric Energy Distribution Companies, but also with Natural Gas Distribution societies, Transgaz – Natural Gas Transportation National Company. 

       As confirmation of our very high interest and our company is involvement in the energy field, we are active participants both on the Next Day Market (PZU), spot voluntary market, neutral and transparent for electric energy trade transactions conducted with a day before dispatch, also on the Green Certificates Market, the conducted frame of transactions conducted with green certificates between market participants, organized and managed by OPCOM Company, on the basis of specific rules.

       Presently, our company is carrying out numerous electric energy supply and natural gas contracts with eligible consumers in a wide range of industrial fields: chemical industry, clothes and footwear manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, hotels and office spaces industry etc.
Also, our company is participating in the initiating and achievement of two major projects that imply high technology (retechnologizing, respectively construction of new power plants for electric energy production in co-generation).
